I'm a very weird individual.

No, seriously.

But I guess I'm all right with that. I am becoming all right with that the older I get. :P

I'm twenty years old. Unfortunately Born and raised in Virginia. Before I die, I want to explore in Connecticut, Colorado, California, Australia, England and Canada. I adore exploring new cities. Ultimately I'd like to end up in Colorado, however. I have a certain fondness for it, particularly Boulder. I don't know why. :P I've been a cashier/stocker at PetSmart since July of 2006 and I will severely miss most of my co-workers when it comes time for me to move on to something new. I don't mind retail, and I actually really usually like people, but I'd sooner shoot myself dead than spend the rest of my life there. In all seriousness.

I graduated from high school on June 13, 2007. Did one semester of college in 2008 and had to take an extended leave of absence due to circumstances beyond my control. However, I am going to try everything in my power to return, at least half-what, in the fall of this year. As of now, I want to major in psychology and minor in English. But who knows how I'll feel when the time comes? ^_^

I have a vague idea of who I want to become. I know I want to be successful; not necessarily "rich," but not struggling, either. I want to be happy. Yes, I want to get married and yes, one day I'd like to have a child. Just one, though. A little girl, please. I know I want to make a difference in someone else's life--I've been through some shit in my day and I'd like to take what I've learned, what I've been taught and what I've been through to help out another human being or three.

I'm almost positive that I was put on this Earth to become a therapist who happens to create on the side. I live to create. I even have the word tattooed on my right wrist. :P Characters, stories, movies, emotions, souls... the whole nine yards. I've been utterly smitten with the arts since I was a little kid and I've delved into acting extravaganzas on more than one occasion. During the summer of 2008 I actually auditioned for a nationwide talent search and made it through!

I don't want to be a celebrity, and I have zero interest in my face being slapped on magazine cover after magazine cover. As I was telling my mom just a little bit ago, I want to create anonymously. You know. Publish a book or two, possibly direct here and there but, during the day, counsel people. ^_^ I do eventually want to get a Masters in psychology. Few things are more fascinating than the human mind, really.

Anyway, I'm going to shut up now so, in conclusion, most of the time I am completely and utterly clueless. ^_^ Sometimes I get depressed. I fear failure more than anything else these days. And, on some occurrences, I haven't a fucking clue where to go next. But not all who wander are lost.
